Choose to Challenge
International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.
The campaign theme for International Women's Day 2021 is 'Choose To Challenge'. A challenged world is an alert world and from challenge comes change. So let's all #ChooseToChallenge.

As a woman-led organization, we're proud to celebrate the achievements of women, especially in the nonprofit sector. The majority of the nonprofit workforce — more than 75 percent in some U.S. sectors — is female. However, leadership doesn't reflect that majority. In 2015, GuideStar found that of U.S. nonprofits with annual budgets more than $50 million, just 18 percent had a female CEO. (source)
